Most of our customers get a delivery every week, some every fortnight and a few whenever they feel like it. Basically it’s up to you. We recommend you try us out for a couple of weeks changing bags from week to week if you wish until you see what suits. Then we put you down for a regular delivery and after that you only ever need to get in touch when:

• you’re going off on holiday
• you didn’t cook last week and have stockpiled veggies as a result(we don’t want you chucking good food in the bin any more than you do)
• you have a week of fantastic socialising planned and can’t possible fit any cooking in

Cancellations need to reach us a few days before your delivery day so we don’t end up buying stuff for a bag that you don’t need. So, for Monday deliveries you need to cancel by the previous Friday morning and for Thursday/Friday deliveries you need to let us know by Wednesday morning.
