All of our organic food selections will give you staples like spuds, carrots, onions, garlic and salad leaves plus a selection of what's in season. At this time of year that means things like lettuce, mushrooms, spring onions, broad beans, greens and parsnips. Every week (or fortnight if you prefer) the selection is different so if you're worried about having to eat cabbage every week during the winter months don't be, our regulars tell us they've never eaten so much variety and love our recipe service. No vegetable is a mystery !!

By sticking to seasonal produce we can source varieties at their absolute best and are able to offer you the best value for money. To ensure things are as fresh as possible and keep environmental impact to a minimum, we like to keep things local so as much of our selections as possible come from no further than places like Wicklow. Obviously things like oranges come from further afield but apart from bananas/mangoes/pineapple, none of our produce ever comes from beyond Europe.

Seasonal Vegetable Bag 19.50E
This bag has the basics: spuds, onions, carrots and greens plus a selection of other seasonal varieties like tomatoes, mushrooms, french beans, cauliflower, parsnips, courgettes and fresh herbs.We find this suits 1-2 people for a week
(typically 8-10 varieties)

Seasonal Fruit and Vegetable Bag 22E or large size 32E
Same as the seasonal vegetable bag plus apples or pears, oranges, bananas and lemons.
(typically 12-14 varieties)

Seasonal Mediterranean Bag 27E or large size 37E or Med bag no Spuds for 27E
Same as the seasonal Fruit and Vegetable bag plus more exotic treats like vine tomatoes,cherries, apricots, aubergines, avocadoes, peppers, fennel, kiwi, mango. By popular request we are introducing a med bag with no spuds
(typically 15-17 varieties)

There's also a Fruit Box for 22E with 5-7 seasonal variety
This will include apples (in season), oranges, bananas and a selection of melon plums and peaches (in season now August)

Juicing selections
